This site provides general information about Loewen Automation ("LoewAuto") services. Content is for informational purposes and may change without notice. Do not rely on the site as the sole basis for security, compliance, or business decisions.

Quotes and inquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a binding contract. Estimates, timelines, and scope are confirmed only in a written quote or statement of work you accept. We may decline projects that fall outside our service area, licensing requirements, or capacity.

Regulated work

Some security installation work may require provincial licensing in Manitoba depending on scope. We confirm licensing requirements before any regulated installation. You are responsible for permits or approvals required by your municipality, landlord, or insurer unless explicitly included in a signed project agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LoewAuto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability related to the site itself is limited to CAD $100 unless a higher amount is required by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Manitoba or Canadian law.

Governing law
